P R A C T I C A L   I N F O R M A T I O N
Check-in
Dancers must register at the registration desk no later than 1 hour before the start of their category. After registration, dancers can go backstage and will be assigned a dressing room. About 15 minutes before their category starts, dancers must wait in the wings with the person responsible for the organization. One teacher/coach may accompany the dancer in the stage wings.
Food and drinks
Eating or drinking is not allowed in the Theater and Hall. Violators will be removed.
Drinks and snacks can be purchased on-site and consumed in designated areas.
First Aid – Liability – Insurance
A first aid kit and ice packs are available at all competitions. The organization is not liable (civilly or criminally) for injuries or other harm. Dancers must be in good physical condition. Illness or injuries must be reported immediately to the competition management. Participants must have their own accident insurance (and hospitalization insurance if desired). 
The organization is not responsible for accidents during travel to, from, or during the competition. The organization is not responsible (civilly or criminally) for theft or loss at the venue or any material damage. Dancers and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Dancers must have their own liability insurance.
Competition choreographies
Plagiarism is prohibited; choreography (or parts thereof) may not be copied from other groups or internet videos. A dancer may only participate once per category (age, discipline & level). Each teacher/choreographer may present the same choreography a maximum of twice for solos or duos/trios. Maximum 4 participations per dancer in the competition. Participation in Improvisation does not count within these 4.
NOTE: Registration per category is limited and closes once full. No more registrations after the limit is reached.
Force Majeur
In case of force majeur, the organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the competition without compensation. Registration fees will not be refunded but may be used for a later event. Fees are personal and non-transferable.
Force majeur includes external and unforeseen circumstances preventing performance, including but not limited to:
a) Natural disasters such as floods, droughts, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, etc.
b) Epidemics and pandemics, including outbreaks of infectious diseases and public health crises.
c) Terrorist attacks, civil war, civil unrest, protests, riots, war or threats thereof, embargoes, diplomatic breakdowns, fire, communication failures, power outages, and other disasters.
d) Undermining of public order for over 48 hours, disrupting normal activities.

Acceptance and compliance with regulations
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations. By registering, participants agree to the competition conditions. Non-compliance of the competition rules or inappropriate behavior results in immediate disqualification.
